I help companies turn complex systems into understandable and enjoyable user experiences.
These days, I’m a Staff Content Designer at Shopify. I spend most of my time collaborating cross-functionally on our developer experiences. Getting crystal clear on our concept definition is the secret to high-quality content and easy-to-use products.
Before that, I was a UX Designer at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario where I designed products and services that made the legislative process easier to understand.
